You can use an autoresponder system to send out emails to keep in touch with them. This will allow them to get to know you, and decide if you are someone they want to do business with. It is important in any business to build trust- but especially over the internet. Remember that your customers get to know you thru your website, and your emails. You probably won’t have the chance to meet them, or talk to them on the phone. Make sure all of your contact with them is done in a friendly, professional manner.

When you start your internet business from home, spend some extra time to investigate, plan, and perform your due diligence. This will ensure that you get your home business off to a fast, profitable start, with minimal frustration.
